by any trouble between users or between users and third parties on the Service. - (3) The Group will not be held responsible for any problems that may arise from the unauthorized use by third parties of text or links on the Group's official website or images of buildings taken by the Group,
such as social media flare-ups.
If it is determined that the Group has suffered any disadvantage as a result of such facts, the Group may make a claim for damages against the party concerned.
