Regarding inquiries from booking.com via WhatsApp, etc.

We have confirmed that some guests who booked  "VIA INN PRIME SHINSAIBASHI YOTSUBASHI"  "VIA INN PRIME KYOTOEKI HACHIJOGUCHI " through Booking.com have received fraudulent messages via messaging apps such as WhatsApp. These messages pose as booking confirmations and include links to phishing websites.

If you receive such a message or any suspicious communication, please do not click on any URL links contained within the message. Please be advised that our company never sends such messages via social media or messaging apps. We are currently investigating the details of this matter with Booking.com.

As a security measure, we have already taken actions such as changing our login passwords for the Booking.com platform.
