Notice of Electrical Power Outage

Thank you for using ViaInn Prime Kyoto Station Hachijoguchi.

We would like to inform you that the entire building will be powered out due to the legal electrical equipment inspection as follows.
To ensure safety, you will not be able to stay in the building during the applicable date and time.
In addition, you will not be able to enter the hotel, including luggage storage.

■Date and time
Monday, January 6, 2025 12:00-14:00

■Notes
(1) All lighting in the building, refrigerators in the guest rooms, TVs, air conditioners, and other electrical devices will be turned off.
*Refrigerated items cannot be stored. Please be careful if you use a refrigerator.
*We cannot compensate for data damage to computers and other electronic devices due to the power off. Please unplug all electrical outlets in use.
(2) Water and gas will be cut off. Toilets, showers, etc. will be unavailable.
(3) Elevators will stop. After the power outage, you will not be able to go outside or move between floors. Please leave before the power outage begins.
(4) The last cleaning appointment on the day will be at 9:00.
(5) Check-out time will be 11:00, including for Via Inn Members Club members. We cannot accept extensions to check-out times.
(6) During the above hours, all services within the building will be unavailable, including luggage storage, restrooms, and the convenience store.
