Breakfast
Breakfast
The day begins with breakfast.
We have prepared a set menu of delicious Kyushu specialties and a mini buffet at Kyushu Blessing Kozuchi on the 1st floor. Please enjoy the tastes of Kyushu and Fukuoka.
Please take your rice, bread, salad, etc. from the mini buffet.
Japanese set: grilled mackerel
A set of grilled mackerel, a breakfast staple.
The grilled mackerel fillet is crispy on the outside and plump on the inside. The "Grilled Mackerel with Salt" is made from a fillet of fatty mackerel, crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, and goes great with lemon and grated daikon.
The "Kyushu Blessed Kozuchi" is a popular dish. The combination of "Kyushu Blessed Kozuchi's" popular "Motsunabe" and a warming miso soup will help you get ready in the morning.
You can choose between white rice and kashiwameshi rice.
Western set: Morning plate
This set includes scrambled eggs, Unzen ham, and yogurt.
Unzen Ham is a pork sausage made from high quality domestic pork. It is a local delicacy of Nagasaki, where the flavor of the ingredients has been pursued over many years. Unzen Ham is juicy and deliciously baked and served with scrambled eggs or bread.
Of course, it also goes great with rice. (Rice is also available from the mini buffet).
